All our Meat products are certified by HFSAA (Halal Food Standards Alliance of America), one of the leading Halal certification bodies in the USA.
Our halal standards include:
- Animals are hand-slaughtered by a trained Muslim individual
- Tasmiyah (Bismillah) is recited at the time of slaughter
- Animals are not stunned prior to slaughter
- All blood is fully drained from the carcass
- No cross-contamination with non-halal products
- Facilities are regularly audited by HFSAA
